BloombergNEF (BNEF) has released its much-anticipated Tier 1 PV module manufacturers’ rankings for Q4 2024, highlighting the industry’s leading players in solar photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing based on their financial stability and operational scale.
Leading the rankings is LONGi Green, which recorded the highest annual module capacity at 120,000 MW, reflecting its robust production capabilities and significant role in meeting global solar energy demand. Sharing the top tier with LONGi is Jinko Solar, also boasting an annual module capacity of 120,000 MW, followed by Trina Solar at 100,000 MW.
Other noteworthy manufacturers include Risen Energy (48,000 MW), Canadian Solar (61,000 MW), and Tongwei (85,000 MW), which continue to make substantial contributions to the renewable energy landscape with their innovative technologies and scalable operations.
